Membership & Technical Questions

We release one new Coaching Topic each month through a Facebook Live Event.  Occasionally, juicy bonuses, tips, and new products are also added.  Check out Current Month to see what's happening now.

At Fabulous Together, there are very few rules.  Sometimes, you'll go like gangbusters.  Other times, you might struggle to accomplish what you had planned - and that's normal.  We try to divide our content into bite-sized chunks so you can do as much or as little as you'd like.  Just know that this wonderful library of resources is here for you any time.

The content from our Coaching Events is posted to Coaching Archives.  Q&A Events are not recorded out of respect for the privacy of our participants.

Yes.  This is an online site.  So, you need a strong internet connection to get the full benefits of the program.

Absolutely!  Your membership can go with you from home, to work, or anywhere in the world.  You can stream the videos and review the text from your favorite device with a strong internet connection.

Hmmm....this depends.

  • Make sure that you don't have any pop-up blockers or ad blockers activated.
  • Make sure your browser is up to date.  We prefer Google Chrome.
  • If you're on a wireless device, make sure you have a strong internet connection and that other devices aren't eating up your bandwidth.  
  • Try clearing your browser's cache and reloading the page.
  • Restart your device.
  • Ensure that your operating system, Java and Flash are up-to-date. 

We'll post an announcement at the top of your homepage if the problem is at our end.

Facebook Community

Yes.  The Fabulous Together with Amy Pearl - 7 Day Jump Start is a free group to guide people through the 7 Day Challenge.  There are no Coaching Topics, Events, or Q&A sessions posted there.  Although you are welcome to remain a part of that group, the real magic happens in the Fabulous Together with Amy Pearl private group just for members. 

Some of the most wonderful parts of the membership experience are the community, connections, coaching, and conversations that happen in our Fabulous Together with Amy Pearl Facebook Group.  If you worry about your online privacy, Facebook is not required to participate.  In fact, we record our monthly, live Coaching Event and house it on this site.  If you love Facebook, join our Group.  If you don't, we're positive you'll still find the experience to be very satisfying without it.

When you submit your request to join the group, be sure to provide the same email address used to log in to this Fabulous Together site. 

Only if they are Fabulous Together members as well!  This is a private community, and only the people in the community will see your posts.  You may see Fabulous Together posts in your feed, but don't be alarmed.  They are only visible to members.

Please do!  Take a photo or video using your phone and upload it to the device you use to access Facebook.  Open the private Fabulous Together with Amy Pearl Facebook group and choose "Add Photo/Video" in the status update field.  Note:  We monitor all posts.  Anything we feel is disrespectful or inappropriate will be deleted.

Yes and it's a great way to connect!  As you are typing, use the @ symbol and start typing the person's name.  Click the name of the person from the drop down menu.  They'll be notified that you tagged them.

Health and Wellness

The Fabulous Together team and membership do not provide physical, emotional, mental or any other health counseling.  Please consult your doctor if you are feeling like you need more than a little coaching to be your fabulous self!

Billing

Your credit card will be billed on the day you sign up (or very close to it).  You'll be billed either monthly or annually on approximately the same date, depending on the payment program you chose.  Your credit card statement will show an entry from "Work Ignited" (our parent company).  If you are a corporate customer, your membership is good for a year and is renewable if either you or your company renews your membership.

You will be missed and you are more than welcome to return any time!  Please call us at 716-276-8005.  This will not be an attempt to get you to stay, but we'd like to know why you're leaving and we can cancel your future payments.
