Membership Policy & Community Rules

Please read these policies regarding your purchase and the use of Fabulous Together with Amy Pearl ("Membership"), this website.  Additionally, your use of these resources and materials are also subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.  By joining this membership and accessing these resources, you hereby agree to these policies.  If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

AUTO-RENEWAL:  Membership purchases auto-renew monthly or annually, depending on how you purchased, on or close to the date of purchase.  If you are a member of a Fabulous Together Circle or corporate group, your membership renews one year from the date your organization paid for your membership, if they choose to renew.  Or, you may renew on your own with a credit card by contacting us at 716-276-8005.

CANCELLATION:  If you decide Fabulous Together is not for you, just contact us at 716-276-8005.  To ensure a successful cancellation, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with.  Cancelling your membership will prevent your payment method from being charged in the future.  Please contact us at least 7 days prior to your renewal.  Your cancellation will be effective 30 days after your last payment, if you are a monthly member or one year after your last payment for annual members.  Please do not initiate a cancellation with your credit card company as your first step - we are here to help.  We cannot honor a cancellation request through our Community, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media site.

REFUNDS:  If you select the annual subscription, you have 30 days from purchase date to request a refund.  Just contact us at 716-276-8005.  To ensure a success refund, you must provide the same email address you enrolled with.  Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future.  Your first month's payment, at the monthly rate, will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your Fabulous Together Journal, credit card processing fees, and other administrative charges.  Refunds for annual memberships are not available after 30 days.  Please do not initiate a refund request from your credit card company as your first step - we are here to help.  

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort. We provide a 60-day money-back guarantee which is governed by the following terms. In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 60 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 60th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 60th day, you will not be granted a refund.  To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a picture of your Success Path and your Four Month goals, and your completed Weekly Journal Pages AND we will verify that you participated in at least one Group Event.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 60 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Amy A. Pearl and Work Ignited LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 60th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

DEFAULTS:  If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you will be contacted at the email address provided for your membership.  Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.

MAKING PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL COPIES, PRINTING, SHARING MATERIALS: You may print or make paper or digital copies for your own personal use only. Any other copying or distribution by any means is strictly prohibited by law. You may not upload content to third-party software. You may not share your login information with others. All membership materials are copyright protected and are the property of Amy A. Pearl and Work Ignited LLC. Please see Terms of Use for details.

MEDICAL ADVICE: The content on the membership site, in our virtual events, or in any of our materials is for educational purposes only.  It is not intended as, and shall not be understood, construed, or presented as legal, financial, tax, medical, health, or any other professional advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS: We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access to or remove customers from membership at any time for any reason.

Fabulous Together Community Rules

OUR MISSION: Fabulous Together is designed to give professional women the coaching, confidence, and connections to have a successful career and a fabulous life.  We strive to make this a supportive and productive group for everyone and expect you to do the same.

BE KIND, COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL:  Be open-minded and positive.  Don't judge or criticize others.  No rants or comments about politics or politicians are allowed. We reserve the right to remove any posts that we determine to be disruptive and in violation of these rules or our other policies.

STAY RELEVANT:  Posts not related to professional development for woman are not allowed. Stay focused on our mission and helping others achieve their Success Path goals.

NO HATE SPEECH OR BULLYING: Degrading posts will be removed & membership revoked. We have no tolerance for racism, discrimination, bigotry, hate speech. Contact us at 716-276-8005 if an issues comes up.  We will handle it, not you.

NO SELLING, SOLICITING OR PROMOTING: If you’ve come to this space to gain more clients, customers or followers, this is not the place for you. Please don’t solicit members for donations, votes, contests, or other purposes.  This means no affiliate links, self-promotion of your programs/groups/services, links to your social media profiles, market research, or other self-promotion or sales pitches are allowed.

DO NOT CREATE OUTSIDE GROUPS: Do not create or join other Facebook groups or websites that are an offshoot of this community. You may not recruit or recommend (publicly or privately) such groups within this community.

NO PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL OR OTHER MEDICAL ADVICE: All community interaction and content provided is for mutual support and educational purposes and not a substitute for medical care. Do not post any kinds of medical advice and do not take medical advice from other participants.

WHAT’S SHARED HERE, STAYS HERE: Please do not distribute Fabulous Together content or other participants' information outside the group, or upload to any third-party software. Respect the privacy of the community and our copyright.

RULE BREAKING WILL RESULT IN CONTENT/POST REMOVAL: All determinations regarding this group, its members, and these guidelines are at our sole discretion and are final. By joining, you indemnify us of all liability relating to this group and members.
